Southern California Team:  Community Partners

Kaiser Permanente Southern California Community Benefit partners with Community Partners to support the HEAL Zone initiative.  Community Partners, as the HEAL Zone Project Office, delivers comprehensive technical assistance to the HEAL Zone coalitions, develops and facilitates learning opportunities, and provide strategic and logistical support.  Community Partners objectives are to:

  • Identify coalitions’ technical assistance (TA) needs and coordinate TA resources.
  • Provide direct TA to the coalitions to support and advance their implementation efforts.
  • Develop and facilitate the HEAL learning community through convenings, peer networking and group learning, teleconferences and webinars.
  • Provide strategic and logistical support to ensure the success of the initiative by supporting Kaiser Permanente staff with the management and coordination of HEAL Zone activities, including meeting logistics among key partners.
