Veggies Get New Starring Role in Bayview Corner Stores

After more than a year of planning, the Food Guardians – in partnership with their SF Department of Public Health sponsors and grocery specialists Sutti & Associates – redesigned Lee’s Food Market, from just another store selling alcohol, tobacco and soda, into an oasis for fresh produce. They hope to make over six more stores this year.
