The Resident Convening purpose is to create relationships with other HEAL residents for the purpose of sharing ideas, resources and learning together. The focus will be on motivating and inspiring participants to create community change. The sessions will use a range of learning methodologies to help participants understand the concepts of policy, environmental change, and program strategies. Participants will also be prepared to communicate the Kaiser Permanente HEAL Initiative message.
